I served as a cinematographer for this episode of Wisconsin Foodie. Host Luke Zahm travels to visit the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin. 10 years ago a gunman opened fire killing seven members of the Sikh temple, including president Satwant Singh Kaleka while they were preparing a free community meal called Langar. Luke meets Pardeep Kaleka, Satwant’s son and tours the temple, getting an opportunity to learn more about the Sihk community and their cultural connection to food.
